This infographic was created to inform the purpose of using a PERT chart. PERT charts are a very useful tool for Instructional Designers because they help with scheduling and mapping out tasks. This infographic explains how to use PERT correctly in order to meet your goals .
The goal of this project was to create a quick reference guide on understanding how to create and use a PERT chart. I enjoyed learning about different techniques on being organized as an ID.
