eDeveloper Course- Customer Service Mastery

This course is designed to provide learners with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver excellent customer service. Participants will learn how to communicate effectively, resolve customer complaints, and create a positive customer experience.

I enjoyed the entire process of creating this course. When we were tasked with creating a course from scratch, this is where I felt we were getting into the "meat" of Instructional Design. This project's goal was for us to put everything together that we have learned in our program, to create a course. We picked a topic of our choosing , and created a course based on our direct knowledge. I chose customer service due to me working directly in customer service at one time , and working with customer service representatives.
